LeoScorpioLeo, Ltd: the story, the philosophy, and the road ahead
Business Plan v1.0 — 2026-09-27 · first edition
This is the business plan for LeoScorpioLeo, Ltd, and the first full public introduction to F.O.R.C.E. Fed, the philosophy the whole company runs on. It’s written for everyone at once: family and friends, future customers and partners, lenders, and my own record. Think of it as a dated journal entry. When things change, I’ll publish a new edition with a new date and say what changed.
Section 01
Where I’m Writing This From
I believe in radical honesty, so here is the full picture.
For most of my life, my work history was built on survival instead of stability. I was a counselor, salesman, delivery driver, museum clerk, bus driver, CNA, plant operator, plumber’s apprentice, and more. About ten years ago, on paper, I was “unhireable.” I had no degree to fall back on, so I became a long-haul truck driver, because trucking will hire almost anyone with a clean driving record.
I drove for about five years and half a million miles, and slept in each of the lower 48 states at least twice. I’m a people person, and the cab was a lonely place. I started calling it “the convent.” Radio played the same twenty songs in every state, so I switched to podcasts, TED talks, audiobooks, and interviews with people who had rebuilt their lives. After a thousand hours of listening, I stopped hearing different stories. I heard the same pattern over and over: how people got from Point A, their lowest moment, to Point B, breaking free. I gave that pattern a name: F.O.R.C.E. Fed (Section 02).
After trucking I spent five years at a major corporation as a maintenance and automation technician, working on mechatronics and robotics. Then, the week before Thanksgiving 2025, I was let go.
On February 12, 2026, while I was still looking for work, our water heater burst and flooded the basement with three inches of water. Insurance moved my family into a hotel down the street while contractors rebuilt it. I call it “the HOmeTEL.” We share it as a family of six: my wife, our two teenagers, my wife’s parents, and me. As of this summer we were still there, living on unemployment and student loans.
“If there’s no change, there’s no change.” So I made changes. I enrolled full-time at Colorado Technical University for a B.S. in Business Administration. I started real estate school through Keller Williams. And I kept building LeoScorpioLeo, all at once, from a hotel lobby.
I’m 47. This is the hardest season of my life, and it’s the season I chose to build in, because I finally know where I’m going. I told this story on camera in FORCE Feeding 0026: “It is time”, filmed at Garden of the Gods on July 15, 2026.
F.O.R.C.E. Fed is a five-pillar philosophy for moving from where you are to where you want to be. I didn’t invent any of its parts. It puts truths that show up in every comeback story into an order anyone can start today. (The name is a nod to Star Wars: use the force.)
Pillar
What it means
F — Focus
Follow One Course Until Successful. Pick one destination and be specific. “A fox who chases two rabbits will catch none.”
O — Own Yourself
Take an honest inventory of where you are: money, skills, health, relationships. It’s not about putting yourself down. It’s about knowing what you have to work with.
R — Reinforce Yourself
You become the five people you spend the most time with, and that includes the podcasts, music, and media you take in. Keep the inputs that move you forward.
C — Create Joy
“Those who continue to move forward with faith and a happy spirit will find that things always work out.” Hard work doesn’t have to be misery. Enjoy the journey.
E — Eat Something
Feed the machine: good food for the body, and good material for the mind. What goes in becomes the raw material for every thought.
The road trip
Say you want to go to Disney World. Focus is deciding that’s where you’re going. Own Yourself is checking what you have: a car, enough fuel, money for hotels along the way. Reinforce Yourself is who rides with you and whether they’re helping you save for the trip or helping you spend it. Create Joy is enjoying the drive. Eat Something is the fuel.
Why Focus comes first
Most self-help starts with “know yourself.” F.O.R.C.E. Fed starts with the destination on purpose. If you take stock of everything wrong in your life with nowhere to go, it just sits and stews: I’m broke, I have no job, I have this problem and that problem. That’s where anxiety and despair come from. With a goal in place, the same inventory has somewhere to go. It becomes a plan.
LeoScorpioLeo exists to empower people to rise beyond their current circumstances and live with joy, hope, and intention.
“Red Bull gives you wings. My job is to give you a runway, so when you have your wings, there’s something to take off from.”— James Hanyu Smith, FORCE Feeding 0026
Vision
LeoScorpioLeo will be a trusted family of brands known for strengthening working people and promoting positive culture through media, apparel, services, and education.
The promise
Look Good. Feel Good. Do Good. Pass it on!
“If you want to build a castle in the sky, you start with your feet on the ground.”
LeoScorpioLeo, Ltd is a Colorado limited liability company, formed June 23, 2025 and in good standing. It’s the parent of a family of brands, the way The Coca-Cola Company owns Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Fanta. The brands work in different industries. What ties them together is F.O.R.C.E. Fed: every brand has to use it to fix something customers in its industry actually complain about.

Money
Entirely self-funded through sweat equity. No outside investors. Self-funded
Founder
Full-time business student, in real estate training with Keller Williams, and a full-time family man, all at once.
F.O.R.C.E. Fed applied to the company itself. Each phase has a gate, a result that has to be real before the next phase starts. That keeps me from spreading one founder across eight brands at once. (Focus: one course until successful.)
Phase 1: Foundation & first salesNow · Gate: steady monthly sales
Get the first sale, then the first 100. Share the store with friends and family, post regularly, and bring the FORCE Feeding audience to the shirts.
Open a business bank account and set up simple books, so every dollar is tracked from day one.
Keep publishing FORCE Feeding on a steady schedule.
Keep Anshin lean: refurbish and resell donated equipment, and reinvest 100% of its profit.
Phase 2: TractionGate: an audience and income that pay the costs
Grow the catalog toward the planned collections, and add hoodies, hats, and accessories.
Launch the FORCE Fed podcast and grow the channel.
Anshin moves to a truck or trailer and paid repairs; Swag supplies its first uniforms.
Register trade names for each brand that starts earning.
Phase 3: Teach & expandGate: proof from the brands
FORCE Fed workshops, courses, and a book.
Tsugiwa, Notariety, and Kiko open for business as each one is ready.
Anshin opens a workshop, with general liability insurance and licenses in place.
Phase 4: The long gameThe dream
LeoScorpioLeo’s own apparel manufacturing, made start to finish by our own hands.
An Anshin storefront and its future divisions: Field Service, Lawn Care, and Laundromat.
Hiring people and training them in F.O.R.C.E. Fed, so the company becomes a runway for them too.
LeoScorpioLeo is self-funded. Every design, listing, and dollar of growth so far has come from my own work, not outside money. Print-on-demand means there’s no inventory to buy: a shirt is printed only after someone orders it, so the store can grow without borrowing.
Where the money goes
Reinvest first. Until the company is on its feet, profit goes back into the business. Anshin already runs this way: 60% to tools and equipment, 25% to parts and operations, and 15% to legal costs and an emergency cushion.
Keep costs small. One hosting account runs every brand’s site, and shared services (web, merch, culture) are paid for once by the parent company instead of by each brand.
Grow by gates, not by debt. The next phase starts when the current one pays for it.
Outside support
There’s an optional Donate page for anyone who believes in the mission and wants to help it grow faster. No pressure and no expectation. If a loan or grant makes sense later, this plan and the company’s books will be the starting point.
Businesses interested in working together, whether uniforms and merch, repair and refurbishing, or something else, can reach me through leoscorpioleo.com.
Look Good. Feel Good. Do Good. Pass it on!

Your About page calls the pattern from your trucking years the “Overgrowth philosophy,” with five different tenets (Roots Before Branches, and so on). This plan and the video call it F.O.R.C.E. Fed. Are they the same thing under two names, is Overgrowth the book title, or has one replaced the other?
Section 01 says “as of this summer” you were still in the hotel. Are you back home yet? Are you still on unemployment, and has the real estate license come through? I’ll update the story to match.
Is the family detail in Section 01 the right amount? It follows the line you drew on your About page: who lives with you, but not their stories.
The Phase 1–4 order is my proposal, based on the brand pages. Is that the order you want? (It also answers CORP-5 on the HQ page.)
Should search engines be able to find this page? Right now the whole site is hidden from search, but anyone with the link can read it.
